Mactorran Studios Presents — Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Mactorran Studios Presents, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The separate Film Submission Terms apply when a filmmaker submits a film for consideration; they do not apply merely because someone watches or browses films.
2. About the service
Mactorran Studios Presents is an independent-film discovery, screening, and viewing website. Features, films, schedules, and availability may change over time.
3. Guest access and Mactorran Studios accounts
You may browse available public content as a guest. Sign-in and account-creation links may take you to the main Mactorran Studios website. Signing in there does not currently sign you into Presents. The Presents public site does not currently operate a separate viewer-account system.
4. Film viewing and third-party providers
Films may be played through embedded third-party providers, such as YouTube or Vimeo, while you remain on a Presents page. Playback is also subject to the provider’s availability, controls, policies, and technical requirements. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, copy protected streams, or use content outside the permissions provided by the rights holder.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s branding, design, text, and other Mactorran Studios materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Films and related artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant a license beyond the limited access needed to use the service as intended.
6. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, probe for vulnerabilities, submit unlawful or malicious material, impersonate others, infringe rights, automate abusive requests, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
7. Availability, changes, and external services
The service may be changed, suspended, restricted, or discontinued, and a film may become unavailable without notice. Links and embedded services operated by others are outside Mactorran Studios’ control and may have their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mactorran Studios disclaims warranties that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mactorran Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or third-party services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10. Restriction or termination of access
Mactorran Studios may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, rights holders, or others, or when these Terms or applicable law are violated.
11. Changes and contact
