Mactorran Studios Presents — Film Submission Terms

1. Your authority to submit

By submitting a film or related materials, you represent that you own or control the necessary rights, or otherwise have permission, to share them with Mactorran Studios for consideration. Please provide accurate information and do not submit anything you are not authorized to share.

2. Limited permission for private evaluation only

You give Mactorran Studios only the limited permission necessary to privately access and review the submitted film and materials for the purpose of evaluating the submission for possible selection.

Submitting does not give Mactorran Studios ownership or copyright ownership, public screening rights, distribution rights, streaming rights, monetization rights, permanent promotional rights, or permission to publish the film publicly. You retain ownership of your film.

3. Separate permission for any public use

If Mactorran Studios wants to screen, stream, distribute, promote, monetize, publish, or otherwise use an accepted film publicly, it must first obtain a separate agreement or permission from the appropriate rights holder. Acceptance alone does not provide those rights.

4. No promise of selection or use

A submission does not guarantee review, acceptance, screening, distribution, promotion, payment, or publication. Mactorran Studios may accept or reject a submission at its discretion and has no obligation to use the film or materials.

5. Communication and privacy

Mactorran Studios may contact you about your submission using the information you provide. The Privacy Policy explains how submitted personal information and private screener details are handled.

6. Withdrawing a pending submission

You may request withdrawal of a pending submission by emailing patrick@mactorranstudios.com. Include enough information to identify the submission. A withdrawal request does not undo actions already taken with your separate permission or records that must reasonably be retained for security, legal, or administrative purposes.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the submission program changes. The effective date above identifies this version. Materially different future uses of an already-submitted film would still require the appropriate separate permission.
